Should We Go? ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

We also ship internationally to many locations accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees may apply.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $50! If your order is under $50 our standard shipping is a flat fee of $5 for domestic orders. Need it sooner? We got you. Select $20 Expedited (2-4 business days) for domestic orders shipping at checkout.*

*Please note: Expedited shipping is not available for custom orders.

Expected delivery times for domestic orders are listed below:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - $5 or Free on orders over $50

Expedited: 2-4 business days - $20

Custom Orders: Please add 5-10 days of processing (10-20 business days in total).

If you live outside of the U.S., your order should arrive in your country within 5-10 business days. Once it arrives there could be additional delays as it passes through customs.

If you accidentally put in the incorrect address, please email hello@shouldwego.co within 24 hours so we can catch it before we send your order out.

If we're able to catch it before the order is processed, we can change your order. Please let us know if you'd like to make a change as soon as possible by emailing hello@shouldwego.co.

We're so excited for you to get your order! Once it ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. Occasionally tracking info can take a few days to update. If you have questions, please reach out to hello@shouldwego.co

Returns FAQs

Items can be returned within 30 days. Please contact hello@shouldwego.co with your order number and reason for return and we will help you out. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item. 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns on custom items.

After you email hello@shouldwego.co to notify us of your return, we ask that you send the item back. If the item arrived damaged, or did not meet your expectations, we will provide a shipping label. As soon as we receive your item (typically 5-7 business days) we will issue your refund.

We stand by our products with a 1 year warranty. Wear and tear can happen with our furry friends, but if your items are damaged within a year of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Email us at hello@shouldwego.co to chat about our warranty.

We can not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
